The 2025 ATA Show, which was held in Indianapolis, Indiana, is in the books. Once again, thousands of new products were on display. Some were redesigned, but many were brand-new launches. Check out some of the big takeaways from the big bow show.
New Hunting Bows
Not all bow manufacturers were at the 2025 ATA Show. That said, numerous new bows were released at the big archery event, and they’re as good as ever. Some of these included flagship bows from Bear, Bowtech, Darton, Martin, Obsession, Prime, PSE and Xpedition.
Bear Archery released several new bows, but the Persist 33 stood out. It features a silent shelf, innovative string stop system, picatinny sight mounting locations, an Integrated Mounting System, and more. Per the name, it measures 33 inches axle-to-axle, and the brace height is 6.25 inches. The draw length is 26.5-30.5 inches and draw weight ranges from 45-60 or 55-70 inches. Let-off is 75, 80, 85, or 90%. It slings arrows up to 340 fps.
Bowtech launched several bows of its own, including the Proven 34, Solution LS, and Virtue. Focusing on the Proven 34, it incorporates the CenterMass Technology, which improves alignment and optimizes accuracy and stability. This bow measures 34 inches axle-to-axle, and peak draw weights are 50, 60, or 70 pounds. With the medium cam, brace height is 6.63 inches, draw length spans 25-30 inches, bow weight is 4.7 pounds, and speed is 336 fps. With the long cam, brace height is 7 inches, draw length is 27.5 to 33 inches, and speed is 331 fps.
Darton released several bows, too. These included the Sequel series, encompassing the Sequel 31 ST2, 33 ST2, and 35 ST2. This series incorporates a set of Speed Mods, Perfect Timing adjustable yoke hangers, Perfect Tune adjustable limb pocket system, and more. The bow sports a smooth draw cycle, great accuracy, and more. Specs vary for each, but the 31 ST2 is what most shooters will likely go for. It measures 31.19 inches axle-to-axle. Draw length ranges 25 to 30.5 inches. Draw weight ranges include 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, and 70-80 pounds. Let-off can be set between 75% and 85%. It shoots up to 335 fps. The bow weighs 4.6 pounds.
Next, the Martin FireCat Series offers brand new technology. It launched the patented Perf-X Shim-Less Tuning System, which allows the turn of a hex bolt for micro-tuning. The FireCat M30 offers a comfortable draw cycle, lightweight design, excellent maneuverability, and balances speed with precision accuracy. It comes with a 6-inch brace height, 30-inch axle-to-axle measurement, 26- to 30-inch draw range, and 40-, 50-, 60-, or 70-pound peak draw weights. The bow shoots up to 346 fps. It weighs 3.6 pounds.
Obsession’s new Ultra Mag 360 is part of a series of bows designed to be very lightweight. The Ultra Mag 360 also set a record for the longest compound bow flight path with a 6-inch brace height. It even features the shim-less “Perf-X” tuning system. As for specs, it measures 33.13 inches axle-to-axle, has a 6-inch brace height, offers a 26.5- to 31-inch draw length range, and 40- to 70-pound draw weight range. The bow shoots up to 362 fps (IBO). It weighs 3.7 pounds.
Prime’s new RVX+ features a sleek riser, low-profile limb pockets, and a narrower overall platform. The Core Cam System allows for improved tunability. This leads to better nock travel, a smoother draw, and more. The bow also includes a better grip system. The 32-inch axle-to-axle bow has a 26- to 30-inch draw length, weighs 4.3 pounds, and shoots up to 338 fps. The new cam system is optimized for both long- and short-draw archers. It also comes with revamped dampeners, better grip design, in-line picatinny rail mounting ability, and more. Interestingly, the magnite material is 30% lighter than 6061 aluminum and stronger than carbon. The company says it provides 20 times more vibration dampening than commercial-grade carbon and three times more than 6061 aluminum. Regarding specs, the bow measures 32 inches axle-to-axle, brace height is 6 inches, draw lengths are 25-30.5 inches, and peak draw weights are 50, 60, 65, 70, or 80 pounds. Latest Archery Accessories
On-bow and other archery accessories were on display all across the show floor. UltraView’s Bridge-Lock UV Slider is a well-built sight system for Mathews archers. Recently, the two companies teamed up to build a precision slider sight that incorporates the benefits of a Bridge-Lock mounting system. This sight features a skeletonized lightweight bar (designed to cut weight and increase rigidity), compact elevation rack (fine-tuned to provide proper elevation), and DualDial (for fast travel elevation and micro-adjustable windage). It comes in three unique pin configurations (horizontal five-pin, horizontal three-pin, or vertical three-pin). It has a rechargeable sight light.
HHA Sports is known for top-end sights, too. Its new Nytrx offers several interesting features, including interchangeable indicators; removable yardage wheel; and true first-, second- and third-axis adjustment. Best of all, it provides room for adjustability. For example, it makes it possible to shoot a two-pin sight for deer, or a three-pin for elk, without needing another entire sight. Furthermore, it comes with waterproof tapes, Armor pin carrier for fiber protection, and pins are available in .010 or .019. Other features include a repositioned gear rack for extended range, macro and micro windage adjustments, and more. Get it in four options, including the X1 (one-pin vertical), X2 (two-pin vertical), X3 (three-pin horizontal), or X4 (four-pin horizontal). Additionally, the Nytrx Pro offers other features.
QAD highlighted its UltraRest Integrate MX2, which builds upon the original MX. The rugged but stealthy capture bar, and robust 7075 aluminum launcher, are built tough. These now come with customizable colorations.
Vapor Trail’s The Victor arrowrest turned some heads, too. This high-performing on-bow accessory weighs 3.8 ounce (IMS) or 4.5 ounce (Berger). Pre-orders are available now, and arrowrests will ship in April.

The interior is 34 x 9.5 x 4.7 inches.
Outstanding Archery Targets
There were numerous archery target launches at the big bow show. Delta McKenzie is one of those, and the Big Daddy Deer X-Ray Series is quite impressive. It’s powered by the QuivAR Archery Shot Analysis program, which allows you to see the inside of the deer via an app on your smart phone. It compares your shot placement with anatomically correct 3D internal anatomy. Walk around the target for a 360-degree look at each shot placement (even from elevated positioning).
The Delta McKenzie Big 8XL offers a hexagon shape that provides more shootable area, especially compared to square targets. It also includes Easy Pull Pro Series Foam and a replaceable core. Plus, it’s broadhead compatible and crossbow approved. It measures 20 x 18 x 13 inches.
BIGShot also showcased several of its new targets. Examples include the TenPoint, Ballistic 450X, and others. These are excellent targets that archers can rely on. Furthermore, the X-Ray series is available within some of its 3D line, too.
Moving on to Morrell Targets, it released its RMEF Outfitter target. It stops 350 fps arrows. Plus, it’s weather resistant. Crafted from polypropylene, it’s light and easy to tote with a comfortable carrying handle. Overall, the target is 23 x 10 x 23 inches, and it’s great for traditional and compound bows. (Note: It’s not recommended for outserts or field points larger than arrow shafts.)
Also, the Morrell Yellow Jacket Mod Pro 25 stops 450 fps arrows. Of course, it’s weather resistant, offers easily attached Velcro target faces, and is easy to carry. It’s 24 x 14 x 25 inches. The Mod Pro 25 Tuning + Precision is 36 x 21 inches.
