NASP Academic Archer Program Reports Record High Enrollment

The largest youth archery organization in history has experienced yet another historic milestone. As of April 1, 2020, 31,961 students were enrolled by their coaches as NASP Academic Archers from 45 states, four Canadian provinces and several schools from the British Virgin Islands.

NASP Vice President and General Manager Dr. Tommy Floyd said, “We know that the COVID-19 virus has interrupted educational efforts all across our nation and the world. Many schools are operating virtually, and many campuses are currently closed. Despite the impact of the unexpected closures, schools are working hard to continue to educate students. NASP coaches are taking advantage of Academic Archer to recognize their student archers for academic success and we are so grateful that they do! It’s so important for us to maintain the tie with NASP to the educational success of student archers.”

Academic Archer will open on Sept. 1, 2020, for the 2020/2021 school year. For more information on beginning the Academic Archer in your school, please visit the toolkit by clicking here.
