Leupold’s RX-5000 TBR Laser Rangefinder now features Bow mode, with both TRIG and Archer’s Advantage profiles that can be downloaded to new and existing units. TRIG mode provides ballistically equivalent horizontal distances for archery shots and is ideal for treestand hunting and spot-and-stalk shooting situations out to 70 yards with angles less than 20 degrees. Archer’s Advantage uses personal bow and arrow ballistics to deliver accurate archery shoot-to range. Among the RX-5000’s bevy of other features is Long Range mode — valuable for navigational situations. It can extend ranges to exceed 5,000 yards on all targets — nearly 3 miles away. Bow mode can now be downloaded to the RX-5000 for free via push notification in the Leupold Control app, which is available on service providers’ app store and works exclusively with the RX-5000. MSRP: $699.99. Contact: www.leupold.com
