Its 3.53-inch 14C28N steel blade features a ceramic coating for corrosion resistance and durability while providing solid edge retention. Jimping on the finger choil, spine and rear handle improves grip and provides tactile reference, while a ringed pommel makes the knife easy to draw, even when wearing gloves. The glass-reinforced nylon handle features carbon-fiber-inspired texturing and high-visibility orange accents. A striking notch on the blade spine works with the included ferro rod for starting fires, and an included ceramic rod allows quick sharpening touch-ups in the field.
