Familiar handling, unfamiliar power, Sig Sauer has taken the proven features of its SIG516 and applied them to the new Tread 716i to deliver a potent AR-10 rifle chambered in .308 Win.
The rifle offers the tried and true direct impingement system, an M1913 Mil-Std rail, free-floating precision nitride-coated carbon-steel barrel, forged aluminum receiver and six-position adjustable stock.
The 716i Tread weighs in at 8.5 pounds and includes a free-floating M-Lok handguard, two-stage Matchlite trigger and an aluminum forend. The rifle comes optics ready and customizable with existing Tread branded accessories.
