The ATA's senior membership manager, Wendy Lang, discusses the recent Paycheck Protection Program update sent to members on Jan. 22 with Nathan Fitzgerald of BKD CPAs & Advisors, a MyATA service provider.
Fitzgerald explained the rules regarding both first-time and second-draw Paycheck Protection Program loans. He answered ATA-member questions about the Employee Retention Credit, the loan application and forgiveness process, and other key pieces of information for the second round of PPP.
