The idea is to bring well-being to employees through offering healthy options in the workplace.

The additional space will also be used as extra warehouse capacity, expanded internal production facilities and a product development floor to support future expansion.

NSSF Reports Record High Gun Sales in 2020

The National Shooting Sports Foundation, Project ChildSafe and the National African American Gun Association are seeing record high gun sales in 2020, with the largest increase in sales observed among African Americans and first-time gun buyers.

According to data from the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, 21 million background checks related to firearm purchases were conducted in 2020, which is a 60 percent increase from 2019. Sales are also increasing among women, as they accounted for 40 percent of sales in the past year.

“NSSF estimates that 40 percent of those gun sales were for first-time gun buyers, totaling 8.4 million new gun owners in the United States in 2020,” says Joe Bartozzi, NSSF president and CEO. “That kind of growth validates the relevance and importance of the Second Amendment, but also speaks to an increasing need for firearm safety education. As a community of firearm owners, we all have a responsibility to use, transport and store firearms safely, and NSSF is committed to getting this information in the hands of all our newest community members.”

In response to the surge in sales among first-time buyers, each organization is working to provide more free educational resources and tips on firearms safety and responsible storage. Programs like NSSF’s Project ChildSafe are addressing this growing demand for firearm safety education by making needed resources available to gun owners that aim to keep safe storage practices top of mind, and to help teach this information to those around them.
