Built in Germany, the M98 Das Original Bolt-Action Rifle retains the legendary strength, reliability and safety of the original Model 98 action while incorporating refined upgrades. A Diamond-Like Carbon-coated bolt improves durability and smoothes operation, while a gold-colored trigger and gold-lettered floorplate add distinctive visual appeal. The rifle features hand-selected Grade 5 wood for a traditional, high-end finish, and Magnum models include a red safari recoil pad to help manage heavy recoil. Chamberings include .308 Win., .30-06, .300 Win. Mag., .375 H&H and .416 Rigby.
