Catalyst Arms has introduced the Fast Track precision rifle handguard for AR-15s and the Ruger Precision Rifle.

Designed for precision rifle competitors and long-range shooters, the Fast Track handguard from Catalyst Arms has an integrated Arca Swiss-style rail and snag-free design. The Arca Swiss-style rail runs the length of the bottom of the handguard, providing maximum versatility for mounting directly to tripods or attaching accessories. Catalyst claims the integrated rail won’t hang up on gear while sliding the rifle back and forth to get into position.

The Fast Track also features M-Lok slots at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions. The low-profile top of the Fast Track allows for maximum scope clearance for mounting optics as close to the bore as possible. The Fast Track attaches to AR-15s with low profile gas blocks and Ruger Precision Rifles via a dual barrel nut system that is easy to align and torque to proper specification.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized black, the Fast Track weighs 19 ounces with the barrel nut assembly and measures 15 inches long, 2 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches wide. The Fast Track is shipping now with an MSRP of $219.95
